News18.07.2012 A trip to the Ministry of AgricultureThe issues of energy, animal health, CO² reduction and building permits in Lower Saxony were the reasons for our trip to the Ministry of Agriculture. Christopher and Heinrich Dönselmann-Theile were happy to accept an invitation from the Ministries of Food, Agriculture, Consumer Protection and Regional Development. As the company with the greatest practical experience with heat exchanger systems in Europe, we were asked to explain this energy-saving and environmentally friendly system to the ministry. The fact that this system is also capable of improving the health of the animals by improving the air quality was also very interesting for the people at the Ministry. Our discussion partners from the Ministry were Iris Darseking, Dr. Wilhelm and Dr. Kovalevsky from the Chamber of Agriculture. In addition to the main issue we from hdt also took this opportunity to address the massive problems with approval procedures in various counties. Some counties try to stop building permits for stables using massively exaggerated fire safety requirements and other utopian measures. In some areas the participants agreed very quickly that the counties' prevention tactics are in the foreground. In this context Heinrich Dönselmann-Theile asked to have this issue forwarded to the appropriate places. He pointed out that it is essential that the counties reach a common solution. This can only be managed by the Goettingen County Association (NLT). Then they visited two Members of Parliament Karlheinz Klare and Clemens gr. Macke. The two politicians also visited our company a few days prior to learn about heat recovery systems. Here is a link to Clemens gr.
Macke's website: On this occasion our men had the opportunity to participate as guests in a full parliament session. The subject fit like a glove: Climate protection strategies for farming in Lower Saxony
During the session in the Chamber Minister Gert Lindemann spoke The two politicians promised to discuss the documentation brought by Christopher and Heinrich Dönselmann-Theile on the topic with Minister Lindemann in person. All in all, we hope that something positive for farming comes out of this discussion. |
