News02.09.2012 Stick with the ProvenThe second fattening stable since 2008 with our systems, including heat exchangers, is currently being built at our customer Haseke in North Rhine Westphalia. Our new perforated panels in the proven hdt suspended ceiling supply air system and our heat recovery system make up the main heating system. As with our many other facilities, which operate with heat exchangers, the Haeske family only needed the help of a gas blower to heat up the sections the first time and during the first few days after initial stabling. The choice between loft air, treated heat exchanger air or air directly from outside into the sections eave vents offers the perfect supply air for all weight classes. Schema des Wirbelstromtauschers: The system is successfully rounded out by the proven under-floor exhaust extraction. The health of the animals without the use of increased quantities of medication was the reason for the Haeske family to use the same proven system in their new stable with 220 and 440 fattening sections as in 2008. Sign for Stables with Heat Exchangers: In the future this sign will also hang on this stable to show that here animals are kept in an Environmentally friendly stable with good air quality. People who pass by on foot and on bicycles can see that farmers consider this subject! On behalf of the entire hdt Anlagenbau company, we wish the Haeske family good luck in their new fattening stable. You can have a look at the following images and the PDF drawing. Your hdt team
