Energy - we test your stable on request
Energy is expensive! You don't want to give anything away! There is hardly another area where energy is so carelessly managed than in the stable climate. Through our energy check, we have found many discrepancies or mistakes in planning in several stables.
Example:
We have found heating energy costs in fattening stables per pig, which were between €0 .33 and 5,10 € Energy is often wasted through hot water heat, especially in farrowing areas. It is very easy to calculate how high the energy saving potential in some stalls would be. Some examples, which are obvious to us, which not only save energy:
This not only saves energy but relieves the sows on warm days through decreased heat production. The piglets stay in the piglet nest longer, which reduces the risk of piglets being crushed. The climate control computer monitors the exact temperature of the piglet floor heating and sounds an alarm at the slightest drop below the minimum temperature. At the same time it adapts the temperature to the age of the piglets.
This is, by far, not the limit to what this climate computer can do. It also takes over the job of monitoring the outside weather, regulates the pre-chamber heating according to the outside temperature and outside humidity and the resulting humidity (see image), and adapts the minimum air flow rate in the stables; and all of this without you having to do anything. This saves energy and improves the climate in the stables at the same time.
We always have to think about energy and then act.
